9. Intellectual Property

No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of manis88.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, manis88's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

manis88 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or damages arising from Platform unavailability due to circumstances outside manis88's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, government actions, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

Nothing in these Terms limits manis88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Suspension and Termination

manis88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, receipt of a self-exclusion request, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. Where an Account is closed by manis88 other than for cause, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting manis88 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

12. Responsible Gaming

manis88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The following tools are available to all Players directly within their Account settings:
